“I tell you, my friends, do not fear those who kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will warn you whom to fear: fear him who, after he has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I tell you, fear him!” Luke 12: 4,5
St. Pope John Paul II The conversion of heart cannot fail to include penitence. In a certain sense, that is its principal element; in fact, its essential element. Penitence means a profound change of heart under the influence of the word of God and in the prospect of the kingdom, it is a commitment to restore the equilibrium and harmony shattered by sin and therefore to change direction, even at the cost of sacrifice.
